Liliana García-Rivera:
A Clear Path to Homeownership in Southeastern San Diego

I am a licensed California real estate agent with deep roots in community development, small business advocacy, and local economic planning, now representing buyers and sellers with Neighborhood Real Estate in Southeastern San Diego.

My real estate background spans back to the early 2000s, where I worked in and alongside:

   •Community planning and redevelopment initiatives

   •Housing and neighborhood revitalization efforts

   •Business and economic development projects

Today, my focus is on new home sales, buyer education, and community-centered development, particularly in Southeastern San Diego, where thoughtful growth and access to homeownership matter.

I bring a trust-based, data-informed, and people-first approach to real estate, especially for:

   •First-time and multigenerational buyers

   •Buyers navigating new construction

   •Sellers seeking clarity, not pressure

I believe real estate is not just about transactions, it’s about stewardship, access, and long-term stability.

Rooted in the Community

Liliana's journey is defined by her deep connection to the neighborhoods she serves. She's worked closely with local developers and community leaders to ensure that housing opportunities are accessible to all, especially the people who already live in those communities.

A Second Act, Built with Intention

Beyond real estate, I’m building Silver Powered, a platform focused on helping women over 50 step into their next chapter with clarity, confidence, and ownership.

That work comes from lived experience.

Like many women, I’ve gone through major life transitions that required me to rebuild financially, professionally, and personally. I’ve had to make decisions about stability, independence, and how to move forward in a way that actually supports the life I want to live.

That perspective shapes how I approach my work in real estate.

Because at this stage of life, the decisions you make around housing, finances, and ownership are foundational.

It’s not just about buying a home, selling home, or refinancing—it’s about creating stability, building assets, and making decisions that support long-term independence.
